Need website template to record my collections

I have several collections and would like to find some simple way of building them into individual websites, using a tailored template. I have looked around the web and despite seeing a lot of templates, cannot see anything which looks suitable.
I basically need a Home Page (about the collection), a Galleries page (for photos of some of the items), a Blog (about where I have been and what I have found) and a News page (to post updates on new acquisitions etc.) Ideally it would have email and a forum option for other collectors where we could discuss our stuff. Ideally it would be part of a cheap package, webspace, free domain name etc.
Any suggestions?
