Whats the best thing to get rid of grout off tiles? Is it ok to use suger soap, or would that scratch the tiles?

A sponge and a weak solution of washing up liquid has always done the trick for me. then when they're dry give them a polish with a dry towel.0

I would not use sugar soaps.
If you search aquamix in to google you will find retailers in the uk that sell products to remove it..
You could try sealer and coating remover of grout haze remover it depends on the amount of grout left. Some of the companies give free advice as well.
