Hi I have a credit card bill due to £681 right. Now I've used the card since the bill was produced only £28 so around £700.

Now I have had a refund for £79 from Amazon as they charged me for prime but refunded. Also £8 from next. Now the bill was over £650 prior to the refund.

So what will happen if I pay the bill off as the bill hasn't gone down. Will k get £89 off my next statement.

Thanks

Actual mortgage stating amount £75,150

Overpayment paused to pay off cc

Starting balance £66,565.45

Current balance £55,819

Your next statement will be £87 less than it otherwise would have been. Note that with some cards if you don't pay off the full statement amount (i.e. £681, ignoring the refunds) you might get charged interest.
loose does not rhyme with choose but lose does and is the word you meant to write.

The best way is with direct debit, the lender then decides what you need to pay and take it accordingly. You then cannot get it wrong and be penalised.
