Egg Money DD care

Ive just got a new Egg money account and during the application I selected to pay the full balance each month via DD, but Ive just noticed online that its only set to take the minimum payment each month.
Might be worth checking online so you dont get charged any interest. I hope its just a mistake in my application process.

Thanks for the warning, I will keep an eye on this one as I just got a new Egg money account as well and selected to make the full payment each month. Can you change that setting online through Egg money manager, do you happen to know?0

Just an update - I too had been set to pay only the minimum payment each month! Clearly Egg Money has had some kind of administrative problem as I definitely selected the correct option (pay in full) when applying.
I've changed it online to take the full payment each month now (although the online thing hasn't updated yet but I'm sure it will in 5 days or so), but I also wrote a secure message to Egg to inform them of the problem.0 -
I don't think this is a problem but a deliberate policy by Egg to try and catch you out.
Doesn't affect me as I have been paying full amount without any problems for years but a lot of new applicants have mentioned this on these boards.0 -
I have to admit that that was my first thought, and if that's the case, it's disgusting. Every day I'm more and more relieved I came across these forums as it wouldn't have occurred to me to check so quickly had I not seen the original post.0
