I was able to submit this ok. I used Chrome browser. Once entered the message "Thanks for entering, good luck. We’ll be in touch if you’re a winner." appears. Maybe try using another browser?

I entered earlier and just taken a look, it doesn't ask for DOB

It did ask me for DOB. Once I entered that and checked the box to agree to the terms., I was then taken to the form to complete

It wouldn't accept my DOB when set to December but worked when I changed it November.

I had to change from December to November to get it to work as well. I would never have thought about doing that, so thank you. What have those of us born in December done wrong?!

It looks like whoever coded the DOB check completely stuffed it up. That menu starts with Month then has 12 more entries, so if you imagine that as values from 1 to 13 it's not hard to see how December could fail a check if they coded it badly (something I have experience in, hence why I tried).

If your DOB falls at the end of a month you may run into the same problem with the Day value not being accepted. Just checked and Jan 30 and 31 both fail too. Sloppy!
