Returning closed issue with CPP

Evening all, I've received two parking tickets from the CPP. I dealt with one of their tickets using this forum about 2 years back and since getting a new car it looks like they think it's a new person in the flat and they're trying it on. Well I'm sure we're all pleased to hear that!

Oh dear, all the effort and advice from very busy regulars in vain. This could have been totally killed off at POPLA - all the expert guidance was there on a plate to enable this.

Hopefully they don't issue court papers. I'm not sure how much regulars will be up for this.

You do know they have six years to pursue you now. Who knows what they are going to do between now and 2022, or what's going to drop through your letterbox any day until then. Not a good place to be.
