Has anyone won a FB comp with them?

I won a £50 voucher on a FB competition over a month ago, they asked me for my address which I sent.
Heard nothing since so messaged to ask when it was going to arrive.

Now they appear to be ignoring me, also tweet them twice and nothing.:mad:

Don't forget this could be something as simple as the person who deals with this is on holiday, and it won't be a priority for anyone else in the office. I don't have experience of Poundland, but I received a prize yesterday that I won on 1st July.

I have won with Poundland twice on twitter and both prizes arrived quickly.

Don't forget most companies have automated tweets/fb posts which are scheduled in advance, there's a chance the actual company haven't see your post.

Maybe email them and explain the issue?

I'm actually having the same issue trying to catch the attention of a company on twitter who I won with who I can't dm as they aren't following me! x

I won a FB comp with Poundland and very impressed with them.I was kept informed almost daily.Was asked via email and by PM for address details, then got reply thanking me and telling me they would let me know when the prize would be dispatched, then PM apologising for delay, then PM informing me it had been dispatched, then another telling me when to expect it .Then PM asking if I had received it ....in all my years of comping this was the most informed win I ever had (100 Flash cleaning products)
