You are in the wrong place....
You need to right click on the little icon that is in the notification area to the left of the clock. There should be a small icon that looks like a cloud. If you can't see it click the small arrow at the end of the icon row to show more....

when I click that icon I now can see onedrive icon click on it and I get a message we couldnot find the location of your one drive folder
[reconfigure one drive] will I click on that box

Is there a reason you haven't looked at the links in post #7 that Andy posted?
What I posted is in there plus some useful stuff to resolve the problem you now have.....Otherwise we will be here for ages just trying to figure out what it is you've done.
