Just go to "Help" search for "contact" then select "other questions and comments" that from the drop down menu. Just type your order number at the top of the page and you should be ok. I have just sent them a wee loveletter re this:mad:

i emailed them too, went through the site and it asked for order number but pressed send again and it went through without it.

Sorry, I should have said that when you click on help on the top right of the home page you'll see a "contact us" box on the right hand side, half way down. Click on the customer service icon in that box. Then it should display any recent orders you have. Click on "my question is not related to an order" then choose the other question from the drop down. Hope that helps.

They don't make it easy to complain do they?
  • Here's my reply to their standard"Dear Customer"cancellation e-mail:

"Despite our best efforts, with the millions of items available on our
website, pricing errors can occasionally occur."
Out of the millions of items on your website, you pick the same item to
misprice and then cancel as you did earlier in the year with me.
"Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused by
this error, and rest assured that we will continue to make every effort
to maintain the accuracy of all prices on our site."
You seem to make a habit of it.

"We look forward to serving you again in the future"
    What do you mean,AGAIN.?
You havent served me this time.
Plenty of other retailers out there,in a declining marketplace. You should
hold on to the customers you have.
