Hi,
I am getting new carpets fitted in a old (90 years) house. Some of floor boards upstairs had been lifted for access to electrics/gas. I did find some old mice droppings which i believe is from the past, but not currently infested as property is completely empty now.
Before the floor boards are nailed back. Do you suggest any precautionary measures(mice / wood work repellent? etc) to avoid any future issues.
Thanks
