Waiting months for mighty deals refund

Hi I bought an iPhone 5c for my daughter last Xmas off mighty deals.considering al the bad feedback I have just read about them and their redeeming a voucher for product system-It all went smoothly for me and I received phone before Xmas.a month or two later the phone stopped working.took it to Apple Store,they said because it was refurbished the original warranty had expired so my issue was with mighty deals. mighty deals said to send it back for a refund which I did by special delivery so I have proof mighty deals received the phone back.i have now been waiting months for a refund and not getting a reply to my emails.any chance anyone knows of a phone number for them?and is there any consumer help organization That could help me get my £130 refund.any help greatly appreciated.jo
