I have received court papers from mil what should i do now

Acknowledge the claim online straight away, so you get an additional 14 days to formulate your defence (DO NOT PUT ANYTHING IN THE DEFENCE BOX).
Read the NEWBIES sticky thread.
Read the umpteen other MIL threads from the last couple of months both on this forum and on pepipoo.com.
Give us a few more details, i.e. original PPC, whether you got a notice of assignment from MIL, key dates (parking event, Notice to Keeper, appeal, etc.)
Then come back with your first stab at a defence.

Given the rather brief post, you can only know that if you know the OP personally. If that is the case, it will be worth (when you get to that stage) to try to get the two cases heard together. It will likely expose MIL's dodgy practices even more than usual.
