Prize is for entry to the Final of the Cool FM/Downtown Radio Promotion. The Grand final will take place on August 13th at a venue of the stations choosing and finalists must make their way to the venue at their own expense. Competition is open to UK residents only. The Prize includes; Return Flights for 2 – Dublin to Newark, 5 nights stay in a 4* Manhattan Hotel, Meal For Two in The Hard Rock Caf!, Two tickets to the Empire State Building, A Multitrip.com Travel Insurance Policy, £500 Spending Money In relation to the flights, The prize consists of one pair of Economy class return tickets departing from Dublin Airport to Newark. Both passengers must travel together. An adult must accompany any child or infant. Please note flights are subject to availability and exclude travel over bank-holidays. The destination cannot be changed nor can the tickets be changed once issued. Flights are valid until December 31st, 2016. The booking includes one bag per person at 23 Kgs. Seat assignment is not included in the booking. To ensure the best possible choice of available dates and flights, four weeks’ notice of your intention to travel is advisable. This prize may only be redeemed by the prize winner and may not be sold onwards nor transferred to another party. Winners responsibility to hold valid documentation to travel, an ESTA/Visa must be obtained before booking can be made. Winner and accompanying persons are solely responsible for any special visa requirements and medical vaccinations/other recommended medical requirements. Winner and guest are solely responsible for completing all documentation (electronic or other) required in advance of travel/entry and are solely responsible for paying any associated fees. Winner and guest are solely responsible for any duty which must be paid on goods purchased abroad upon their return to Ireland. Any costs incurred additional to the prize package elements listed (e.g. telephone charges, meals, room service, excursions, airport transfer etc.) will be at the winner's own expense. Failure to attend for any reason whatsoever on the travel dates agreed and booked does not entitle the winner to an alternative holiday and the prize will be deemed to have been forfeited. Prize is non-transferable, cannot be substituted for any other prize or cash value and will only be presented to the winner. Names given as prize-winners cannot be changed; names must be furnished as per passport. Any additional changes or charges as a result of name changes after the prize has been booked will be the sole responsibility of the prize winner.
