UKCPS signage Reading

While waiting for the Memsahib to shop in Iceland, (I know, but Waitrose is miles away) , I read the UKCPS T&C. They fail the IPC COP in several aspects, viz
The bottom of the sign is six foot from the ground, the top some eighteen inches higher.
The bulk if the print is very small. The sum they want as a contractual charge, (no mention of v.a.t.), is not at all prominent.
There is a prohibition on the driver leaving the site. How do they identify the driver, and what about passengers shopping while the driver goes into the next door Wickes to buy some shelves land then catches a bus home to fix them.
This is the first time I have studied this sign and I am amazed in how many ways it fails.
