Wine Cooler stopped chilling

As above, fridge switches on no issues and compressor is still running but is becoming hot and the cooler doesn't chill. There are no fans around the compressor so can rule that out as an issue.
Anyone have any suggetions?
I've ordered a multimeter to check the compressor, PTC relay and overload relay as this seems a common fault from what I've seen online. I fear this won't be the issue however and no idea what else to check.

Resistance across compressor and PTC relay seems correct - overload relay shouldn't have a resistance from what I've read but does, would this cause the issue?0
