You can get a stylus from the pound shop.
They all work pretty much the same on the iPad as it doesn't have a digitiser and can't detect different levels of touch. Really all you need is a stylus that is approximately the same thickness as a fingertip. No need to pay more than a pound.poppy100 -

I got one from pound shop and it was rubbish - too hard.
Paid £3 for one at Wilcos and it is great - soft rubbery tip.0
