Insurance for taking desktop computer into office as freelancer?

I have been contracted to work as a freelance graphic design in a company for 4 weeks. They have asked me to bring my computer set up in to work off which is fine. However, this is a 27" iMac which is obviously vital to my business and I don't want anything to happen to it! The computer would probably be kept there overnight during the week but I'd take it back at the weekend.

Does anyone know how I can best insure it against loss or damage for these 4 weeks? It's a desktop not a laptop so I am struggling to find any information on this. Or should the company I am working for cover any loss or damages?

Is it covered on your home insurance? You may need to extend it to UK wide cover.

The company doesn't have to cover it but they might if it is essential to you/them that it's on their premises. You'd need to make sure it's covered for all loss or damage and also best to check what their excess is.
