I think a fall followed by a rise - does that help? fj

Well they're crap anyway so it's a bit of a moot point.

Since Brexit will be a drawn out process that takes 5 -10 years, and since many other events will occur during that period which will affect interest rates, there is no knowing.

It is getting to the point that it is almost not worth your time saving anymore - now is the time to look towards investments. Personally I'm thinking long and hard about using a large chunk of my savings and investing it into starting a renovation company with 2 pals of mine. I wouldnt have considered this a few years ago but the money is doing nothing in savings and this is likely to get worse before it gets better - which could be in a decade or two.
I am insane and have 4 mortgages - total mortgage debt £200k. Target to zero = 10 years! (2030)

Several have already fallen since Brexit, with more in the pipeline. I'm not aware of any which have risen.

    So I'm right and you're wrong:D
