Ill Fitting Door

Hi there, after some advice about an ill fitting stable door please
Basically the top door doesn't fit well against the door frame - there is about a 1.5cm gap at it's widest point, narrowing to no gap at all at the top of the door. It gets cold in the kitchen during Winter because of this, and you can see daylight through it! I should mention that it is a wooden door and frame.
My question is what kind of trades person do I need to get to look at it for me? Do I need a carpenter, or someone from a windows and door company? Ideally I don't want to replace the door or frame, as it is connected to a window

Squares knitted for my throw ~ 90 (yes!!! I have finally finished it :rotfl: )
Squares made for my patchwork quilt ~ 80 (only the "actual" quilting to do now :rotfl:)

Get a carpenter/handyman as it may well be as simple as packing the hinges and adding brush seals. Some people don't exaggerate........... They just remember big!0

Does it fit nicely on the other three sides ?
If so, for that gap I think I'd be looking at adding some timber to the frame - gluing on, planing down, sanding and filling and a lick of paint. Cheap but time consuming ...0
