Hot Tub problems

Dear All,
We have purchased a brand new hot tub which was delivered and installed 6 days ago. Since it was installed it has had to have a control panel replaced and has not worked properly. I exercised my rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and told them that I want it collected and to get my money back. Today, I received a phone call saying that they would send out their top engineer to rectify all faults. My question is, if I allow them to repair or replace the Hot Tub does this affect my rights?
Many thanks in advance

If they have already tried to repair it once, you don't need to allow them any further attempts but can agree to if you're happy with that.
If they've already attempted to bring the goods back within conformity of the contract, you can insist on a refund (called the final right to reject). Even if you allow them further attempts to repair or replace, you will still have the final right to reject if after those repairs/replacements the goods still fail to conform to contract. You keep using that word.
