Can this company enforce a parking ticket? I have now received a Parking Charge Notce, with a total amount due of £118 which includes £18 admin charge. They are saying they have contacted the DVLA to confirm my ownership of the car, and will pass the dept on to a dept collection agency and more charges will be incurred. I am asked to pay on paymypcn. Should I pay them?

They're an IPC member firm. In other words, regarded as the lowest of low lifes in what is a sector rife with low lifes.

All you've received is a speculative invoice. Get yourself to the Parking sub-forum where you'll get best advice ... most people in the main Motoring forum don't appreciate the subtleties.

And to answer your last question .... NO! Don't pay, don't ignore, don't admit who was driving. All explained in the NEWBIES FAQ mentioned in my sig below.
