When there is a discrepancy in the appeal rejection letter from PCN

Hello
I did post a thread on here a week or so ago but would be very grateful if I could obtain some assistance and apologise now if the information that I am after does appear somewhere on this site.
A parking charge was issued on 29th June 2016 which was ignored. I had a couple of my employees on a particular site and had already been informed and given directions where they could park. Eventually a NTK letter was received. I have recently appealed the notice but as you can guess it was rejected.
I have just noticed in the rejection letter that it states "you parked in a manner whereby you agreed to pay a charge". Although I am the registered keeper I was not driving this particular vehicle on this day.
Can I argue this point in that it states "you parked" when it fact it wasn't me & is this a strong point to argue? If it is worth arguing is there already a template on the newbies thread that I can use.
Really grateful for any assistance.
Many thanks

Now your appeal has failed you are in the debt collector stage
Ignore everything except court correspondence.
If you get any come back to the newbies FAQ thread for advice on how to defend a court claim.
,( You ought to keep to your original thread)0 -
you should keep to one thread so all the previous info is included, no need to start multiple threads at all
here is the original thread (PCM UK LTD)

as your appeal was rejected (which you should have been expecting as these parking companies rarely uphold any appeal, there is no profit in doing so)
I have no idea what makes you think you can argue this any further , other than in front off a judge0
