Welcome to the forum. :hello:
The following two postings should answer your question:MSE_Roxanne wrote: »Hi all!
We're aiming to do another collective switch soon, but don't have the details just yet.
When we do, it'll be written about in the weekly email:

Thanks
MSE Roxanne
As pointed out in the concluding two sentences of a well-considered MSE article HERE, written on 20 July by Andrew Capstick, by the time MSE does get its butt into gear and produces its next collective fix offerings, they may well prove to be more expensive than what's freely available today on the open market.
It remains unclear, more than two weeks later, what MSE’s concept of “soon” is and for what MSE Roxanne was expressing her thanks.
Bear in mind also, should you be thinking of entrusting a switch of your domestic energy supply to MSE’s “Cheap” Energy Club, that if they get it wrong:MSE_Roxanne wrote: »
We aren't a company that has a telephone service for users to reach us on.
Whereas, other comparison sites do.0 -
Thanks for the helpful reply,

Hi dkedwards,
We’re aiming to run another collective switch soon, but I'm afraid we can't share the exact dates around this just yet.
We hope to be able to pass on more information about this in a few weeks and it will be covered in the weekly Money Tips email. If you don't already get this, you can subscribe here: http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/latesttip/
As an online-only company we don't have a telephone number to contact our users from, however we do respond to all user queries we receive via email. We do so usually on the same day, or if not, within 48 hours.
Thanks,
MSE Laura0
