Money Saver, don't contact P&O via their advertised number (0843-374-0111) as it costs you 3p/min and they take a looong time to answer.
Use 0800-052-3840 same switchboard, the long delays at then at P&O's expense not yours.

The 0843 number costs a LOT more than 3p per minute. It's "3p per minute PLUS Access Charge".
The Access Charge is around 11p per minute from landlines and around 44p to 55p per minute from mobiles.
The 0800 number is free-to-caller from landlines and from mobiles.0 -

I met someone today who had no idea that calls to 080 numbers are free from mobile phones.
Despite being the case since 1 July 2015, there are probably millions of people in the same situation.0
