Claim Form for Northampton County Court for Civil Enforcement Limited

I've had a claim form through from Northampton County Court for a parking ticket from these guys, I've received the letters, but ignored, as per advice of watchdog and many forum users over the years.
They are claiming £331, of which £50 is their legal representative's costs.
The letters were going to an address I do not live at, but visit once every few months, the old car was registered at that address I assume.
I need to respond to the court this week with my defence.
If anyone has any guidance it would be appreciated.
Thanks

Thanks,
To be fair I've not had a ticket in a few years, so I thought it was normal practice to ignore these companies.
I've just gone onto MCOL and acknowledged the claim, I'll take a look at the FAQ's in relation to the County Court Claim.
