Medium sized bathroom work. Cheapest option.

Hello everyone,
We have a large bathroom with a walk in shower in one corner but no bath. We want to have a bathtub installed and we have three options where we can put the bath. I'd love to know which option would be cheapest or best in any other way.
1. Bath plus new, smaller, shower cubicle on the back wall (bath wouldn't fit next to existing large semi-circular shower).
2. Corner bath (nothing else needed).
3. Bath on the side wall which would mean getting rid of radiator and installing a new, smaller, radiator.
Any ideas?!

I would assume the cheapest way of doing it would be where you could tap into existing pipe runs0

Good point! The lady we bought the house from said that she had pipes for installing a bath put under the floor boards in case she wanted a bath in the future. These are located near the head end of the bath in all options.0 -
Cost wise between the three youre probably not talking too much difference.
What you dont spend installing the new shower you will spend clearing the old one and tiling/fixing the removals.
Recently done my bathroom and made a toilet/bathroom one big room with separate bath and shower (bath only before). Decided on separate bath/shower as its more appealing should i wish to sell. couldnt find the radiator in a place where i would like it so went with underfloor heating. Easy to install and not too dissimilar prices in terms of replacing the existing radiator (pipework extending and it woudve been a pita re routing it).
Corner baths are very 80's my initial reaction when i see one is 'that bathroom needs replacing'. But if it works for you and you dont plan on going anywhere soon then it doesnt really matter.0 -

We can't see any of the pitfalls over the keyboard, get a couple of bathroom fitters round to discuss your optionsI'm only here while I wait for Corrie to start.
You get no BS from me & if I think you are wrong I WILL tell you.0
