Zuto credit searches

To cut the long story short applied with zuto, when asked
Which lender they will go with advisor on the line says creation so he put it through and came up referred so he says he will get back to me in half hour for decision. mean while the guy at zuto did another 4 searches is this acceptable as I was still waiting an answer for the first one. If creation had declined then I would probably not gone further
All 4 searches were done within an hour of applying

Who are zuto and why did you call them in the first place rather than applying directly with creation? You could have used the eligibility checker on this site to guide you in your choice of lender to apply to rather than presumably a commission paid 'adviser' at zuto.0
