Not recieved a award letter, but told I passed on phone what now?

8 or 9 weeks ago I had my assessment, when I didn't hear I rang about 3 weeks ago to be told I passed and was given ESA WRAG.
But still no letter confirming this so I am worried they will suddenly go back on their word.
It was paid a few days ago like normal so it should be ok but just worried in case.

You should have had it in writing by now, they won't go back on their word and you are being paid. I'd give them a ring and ask if they have sent the letter yet, it might just have gone missing0
