Solving it was not really a complex exercise, dim memories of 'O' Level geometry and even further back the basics of a little Tech Drawing are plenty sufficient for the job.
Was quite pleased with my home made theodolite though :O)0 -
It depends on ground conditions, if it were a block drive and good ground would say don't need it, but as its gravel I would put it down.0
