Who should i complain to ?

I have a car policy with Lloyds, underwriters are CIS (co-op insurance services,repairer is Alton Cars group (approved repairer of CIS)
Although i have my car back from repair the quality of re-assembly is poor by Alton Cars. I have spoken with their customer services and the body shop manager and put my point but Alton cars are not getting back to me.
Should i write to CIS or Lloyds to complain about the approved repairer ?
My feeling is CIS though obviously i pay my premium to Lloyds.

Did you pay for any of this repair yourself, excess on the insurance, perchance? If so, did you use a credit card? If so, you may be able to the CC company involved to fight this on your behalf.0
