Gladstone Solicitors letter- please help!

Hey guys,

I received a letter from Gladstone Solicitors longer than 14 days ago and am unsure with what to do.

Previously followed the POPLA route and havent heard from UK Car Park Management until now through Gladstone Solicitors.

Can somebody help?

What does that mean? Was it with this PCN or a different one? What was the outcome. Much more detail needed. Have you read the FAQs and stickies?

that is a DRPL "may" letter , not Gladstones (so from Debt Recovery Plus)

unless this was prior to oct 2015 then I cannot see it being with popla , but if it was , what happened to the popla appeal ?

if it wasnt , why mention it ?

UKCPM are in the IPC so popla does not apply since they changed sides
