The Loire valley is famous for its beautiful chateau along the Loire, Cher and Cisse rivers. On this holiday you and a friend can enjoy cycling through the beautiful countryside stopping at restaurants, farmers markets and wineries, where you can sample some local produce. As much of the land is taken by vines, rather than cow’s, locals often have goat’s that graze on the remaining pastures, that are too poor to feed other livestock. This region produces some of Frances best goat’s cheeses with 5 AOC cheeses coning from the Centre region
To win a cheesetastic Tour de Fromages cycling holiday i the Loire Valley, simply answer this question.... What type of cheeses are traditionally found in the Centre region of France and are complemented well by Loire Valley white wines such as Sancerre?
