Replacing shower cubicle and tray advice re tiles

We need to replace the floor tiles in our en suite bathroom , we've had leaks from the toilet and the shower which have loosened and cracked the floor tiles and we've realised that they should have been laid with plywood on top of a were lock floor.
Problem is they go under the shower cubicle which has been replaced a couple of years ago as it was cracked and we managed to replace the damaged tiles that time but we don't have any spares left.
The rest of the walls are fine but the tiling in the shower cubicle is looking a bit grotty so any ideas on how to redo that bit of the bathroom without it looking rubbish would be great .
We won't be doing it ourselves as OH is a diy disaster but I need to have some ideas before I start the ball rolling .

I've got fitted furniture in and all the walls fully tiled , the floor problem has 2 cracked tiles and 2 loose ones - I'm trying to avoid a full refit which would mean changing all the furniture and taking off all the wall tiles for the sake of 4 dodgy tiles on the floor !0 -
If I understand correctly your current floor tiles are directly onto the floorboards without any ply?
The whole floor needs to come up and a suitable board laid before tiling again. This may of course raise the level of toilet and wash basin.0 -
The floor needs doing properly with ply or cement board or you'll have the same problem again, just like you've got after the new cubicle.
I'm sure everything can be salvaged if it's in good condition and you want to refit it all. You wouldn't necessarily have to move the fitted furniture, depending on how it goes together. It could just be end panels and plinth that need cutting down.
Inwould use cement board as it will be much thinner than ply.
There may not even be a necessity to remove all the wall tiles. It really depends on how everything was fitted.Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

I really don't want to try messing about trying to patch stuff up , I've been down that road before with the main bathroom and it was a waste of time and money
I'm not ready or able to do a complete new bathroom fit so I'm thinking about getting the leak fixed , I have a few spare floor tiles and I'm going to use them and keep things as they are until I can completely refit .0
