so we took out boiler service with Homeserve. we both work so no ones home between 8 and 5 and the only time we can get a service for the boiler is if we have day off as we have no holidays so will cost us to get this done . i have spoken to them and had a letter and itsin the terms and conditions apparently and they wont budge on it. To say i wont be using them again is obvious

Few service providers will guarantee an appointment outside office hours, most offer a half day slot at best.
I can't see any con here, they're fulfilling their side of the contract.0 -
well i was with npower no problems im just warning other peole who like me cant get time off mon to friday0
