Hi, hope I can get get some help
We bought an xtrail on June 25th , from a garage in Hampshire , it was described as "amazing " and "superb" , it broke down 3 times in the first 2 days , the fuel sender units are faulty , went back for repair but Fault remains , we were told parts were changed , new from Nissan , contacted garage , they are ignoring all attempts to reject car , took legal advice and sent email setting out our rights and reason for rejection , garage have replied with email saying they are taking advice from "law data" ? , my worry is that we have given them 7 days to refund , if they won't what can we do ??? Remind that under the CRA (Consumer Rights Act) they had one attempt to fix or else it's a refund. Send them an LBA and if they don't respond with a refund then take action via small claims.
