Not received letter to keeper

Hello,
A parking charge notice was left on my car window from VCS. I sent a letter of appeal after about three weeks, copying and pasting the template in the newbies. I have since heard nothing. It has been over 56 days and I have not received a single letter - nothing since the window notice.
Please can anyone give me a template of what to send now it has been over 56 days.
Thanks

I meant I emailed a letter of appeal0

nothing else you can do about this
VCS have 6 years to pursue this, through the courts if necessary, or they might cancel (yeah right)0 -
OK, just in the newbies thread it states "Many PPCs forget the NTK when replying to an appeal and if you appeal as 'keeper' then the very fact a PPC then forgets to send you a NTK by day 56, gives you a potentially winning point at POPLA stage."
So shouldn't I have a paper trail of this should they pursue me?0 -
yes you should , if they bother to send it
but POPLA isnt applicable to VCS as they are not in the BPA0 -
Much better to do nothing ..
Keep off their radar.
You do need to edit your op where you identify the driver. With that info they don't need to pursue the keeper!0 -
Ah OK, so does the 56 day thing mean nothing for VCS as they are IPC?
Thanks0 -
its relevant to POFA2012 no matter which trade body they are in, but VCS dont folllow POFA2012 as they use the presumption that the keeper and the driver are one and the same0

The ppcs monitor this forum and can use your posts against you.
You could be identified from the info you have revealed in both threads you have on this topic.
And in both your original posts you have identified who was driving!0
