E-mail: elissab@alter-agency.com Entry Requirements • The Competition opens on August 2nd at 14:00 and closes on August 8th 2016 at 09.00. • The Competition is open to all individuals aged 14 to 18 years old who are residents of Great Britain. • Entrants must have the consent of a parent or guardian over 18 to enter the Competition. DCT reserves the right to obtain proof of such consent and to refuse entry or to choose another Winner if such proof, where requested, has not been given. • To enter the Competition, entrants must fill in the web entry form and include… o their full name, age, and full address. Also the name of a parent/guardian and their email address and phone number. o Confirmation that they will be free to attend the event on 13th and 14th August. o a contact telephone number and email (if available) for their parent or guardian to enable DCT to obtain proof of consent. • The Competition is free to enter and no purchase is necessary. If the Winner [and their guest] [are both/is] aged between 14 and 18 they will be allowed to take part without a parent or guardian. Proof of age will be required and the Winner [and their guests] will not be admitted if they do not meet the above age and accompaniment requirements. • If in the reasonable opinion of DCT or the staff at the venue, the Winner [or their guest(s) is/are] behaving inappropriately, they will be asked to leave.] • The Competition prize will be provided by Alter Agency whose registered office is at Alter Agency, 52 Thrale Street, London SE1 9HW. E-mail: elissab@alter-agency.com • By entering the Competition, the Winner consents to the release of its name and contact details to D.C. Thomson and Company Limited (a company registered in Scotland with company no. 5830) whose registered address is at 80 Kingsway East, Dundee DD4 8SL ("DCT") for the purpose of the provision of prize to the Winner. • The Competition prize is non-transferable and non-negotiable and there is no cash alternative.
