parkingcowboys website misprint?

So...I'm looking at the parkingcowboys website and on this page (http://www.parkingcowboys.co.uk/keeper-liability/) it says the following:
"Schedule 4 paragraphs 8 and 9 of the PoFA stipulates the mandatory information that must be included in the Notice to Keeper. If all of this information is not present then the Notice to Keeper is invalid and the condition set out in paragraph 6 of Schedule 4 has not been complied with. Failure to comply with paragraph 6 means that the registered keeper cannot be held to account for the alleged debt of the driver."
Surely "all" should be "any" ?

No need for any links to that webpage. If newbies have a private PCN, they don't need any other help than they can get here.
Don't get bogged down by insignificant detail. For example, trying to say a NTK doesn't 'identify the creditor' or show the 'period of parking' is pointless as a POPLA argument and some people can't see the wood for the trees when homing in on such minor things.
We had a Premier Park POPLA case on here or on pepipoo the other week where the OP had gone into detail about some minor issues with the NTK and completely missed the slam-dunk POPLA winning point about the 28 day period. Luckily I seem to recall it was pointed out in time.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
