Amazon Kindle with fire for kids

Can anyone help please,i have one of the above only just got it with the Fire for Kids installed,my son was looking through the characters on the carosel and has somehow deleted 2 of them Thomas Tank Engine and Fireman Sam,ive tried to get them back but cannot find anywhere where i can get the answer..we have only just got this so there is nothing put on there video or other wise.Can anyone help please? many thanks.

I don't have a Kindle Fire but if its content that was originally on the tablet (sounds like some kind of app not a book?) or content you have bought and downloaded from Amazon, you should be able to recover them by using the wi-fi connection to sync with Amazon's servers and re-download them from the cloud. Look in the Apps or books for a Cloud tab and tap to re-download?

Hi thanks for that,it actually comes pre loaded with kids unlimited and one the carousel with the video books etc there was Peppa Pig Thomas Fireman Sam etc and they are not there now ? Even when you search these items dont come up.

If its pre-loaded content it will definitely be available to download from the Amazon cloud. There should be an option when you are searching to search the web and not just on the tablet? If not, when viewing the content on the Fire tablet, instead of just viewing the carousel, try tapping on the content libraries for book or videos and see if you can see any mention of Cloud.

If you can't get anything on the Fire itself, you can try logging into the Manage Your Kindle pages on Amazon and search there and then choose to deliver them to your Fire.
