Aqua card query

I recently applied for an aqua card online was accepted and was told my pin and card were on its way
Now today my pin came in one letter and in another letter I received this :

We are writing to let you know we are removing the use of your credit card.This means that you cannot use your credit card to make purchases or withdraw cash.
We are taking this action following a risk review of your account.You will receive your monthly statements as normal and you must continue to make at least the minimum monthly payment as shown on your statement in full and on time each month until your balance is cleared.
Please destroy all cards on this account including any that may have been provided to authorised users.

Why have I received this? Its got me baffled I've tried to ring but it says they are closed

I've never had that letter - but I get accepted online followed by a letter saying I've been declined due to credit scoring.

I've emailed their CEO as they shouldn't be playing games like that. If they're going to refer just say refer like everyone else does!!

Its confusing because its making out that I've had the card a while and to carry on making payments when I've only got the pin today but no card yet
