Okay, I had another look at blocking URLs, and have come up with the following....
For Youview: ibl.api.bbci.co.uk
This causes the iPlayer app to hang during loading, and never gets as far as showing programme tiles. Although the headings are displayed, none of them (including Search) can find any programmes. Eventually, an error message is displayed.
For Windows (tested on Firefox & Chrome):
mybbc.files.bbci.co.uk
emp.bbci.co.uk
component.iplayer.api.bbc.co.uk
This interferes with navigation and produces a black screen when a programme tries to start.0
