Fistral beach parking eye pcn :(

Ive recently come back from a family holiday to find a parking eye pcn at my door. We paid the ticket but it took us nearly 20 mins to get out of the car park due a car in our way. However we were on our way out. I have the parking ticket stating times and the pcn with photos and times. Is this something i can challenge and expect to win? Ive read the newbies sticky as suggested but not sure where i stand as how can you prove we couldnt get out as easily as we would have liked.

Any help would be really appreciated.

Please read the Sticky thread for NEWBIES then appeal using the BPA template in blue. Copy and paste, do not edit.

There is lots of info on here about the scammers' money trap that is Fistral Beach. However, I believe this car park is now run by Smart Parking, not parking lie. Please confirm the location, date of alleged parking event, and the name of the parking company.

I believe PE run the TOWER RD one , and SMART run the Fistral Beach one

plenty of recent threads about both on here so the OP should fund those , read them and then appeal as explained in the newbies faq sticky thread

No, definitely winnable at POPLA if the registered keeper appeals, if this is Smart Parking at Fistral - easy to quash. No court with Smart!

But that doesn't even feature in the appeal needed. Do not give away the driver's identity in an attempt to add stuff about the story of what happened. Just use the template DO NOT add stuff trying to prove something irrelevant; Smart often give up first go. If not, they are beatable at POPLA.

The OP says this is parking lie, not Not-so-Smart.

Confusing eh?! He said 'Fistral Beach' so maybe he actually means Tower Road just up the road. Either way he can find the first appeal in the NEWBIES sticky thread and go from there.
