Debenhams late fees,Do I have a claim?

Hi all
Whilst asking Debenhams(Santdanter) for possible PPI claim
I received a transaction print out for my account and found that I did not have it.
Today I read about unfair bank charges and went back to the print out and found I had numerous late fee's. But looking at it closer it seems this was a pattern of monthly late payments which snowballed and at the time I was going through financial hardship.
Can I claim them back?
Thanks in advance

Financial hardship should have been claimed at the time not now.0 -
The Banks won their court case about "unfair" bank charges in 2009. Nowadays only people in CURRENT financial hardship can expect refunds of Bank Charges and, even then, only typically those from the last six months.snowboardalleycat wrote: »Today I read about unfair bank charges0 -
