Sorry, Jojo, but Thor being female? That's just plain wrong, heretical even, from the Norse's mouth, that is. Next you'll be telling me Joan of Ark was a bloke!

It's not necessarily all canon, but it's happened in several story arcs since 1978. And Loki's been female, in about 2008 or so.

So not heretical at all. Sorry.

Heretical refers to religion, not comics, but it's really not important, now, is it?

My big (7kg) 2 year old black and white grandkitten is called Loki, it suits him perfectly (chaos and mischief).
His 4 month old nephew (my baby black and white grand kitten) is called Leo (Leonides). I wanted Boris, but was out-voted.

I like Lily for the little girl :)

I volunteer weekly at a local Cats Protection, and choosing names for that cats can be so difficult!

When I saw the top photo, from the facial markings, my initial thought was Batman.... so how about Batman and Robin (or of course a twist, Robyn!)

    Castle & Beckett
Love these two names, but I am a huge fan of the show (Castle). However - given that not many people watch it, can you imagine the pain in explaining the reason behind the names to everyone!!

We have any Abby & Ziva (tabby sisters) after NCIS and two ginger bothers named Sam & Dean after Supernatural (funny thing for anyone who watches the show is the one we called Sam has ended up being bigger than the one called Dean)

How about Bonnie and Clyde, Kate & William or Adam & Eve

Not to mention the fact that Thor is one of the old Norse gods, of course. Don't know if they went in for heresy much ...

Full ginger Tom cats are boys. Girls can have splodges of ginger and still be girls.

Years ago we had a completely ginger queen with five toes. All her kittens were ginger and five toed too. ..They were Real Cats of Character!

OP, as you already like George for the boy, why not wave the flag and call your little princess Charlotte (could be shortened to Lottie)?

Well the calico one is likely to be utterly bonkers, so something reflecting that for her(?).

    I shall think.
Yep...still at it, working out how to retire early.:D....... Going to have to rethink that scenario as have been screwed over by the company. A work in progress.

You're right, Jojo, of course it matters, silly me!

I suppose many Vikings did convert to Christianity without too much blood shed over the religious aspect, anyway, Sue, except for Erik the Red, of course. I think he died still worshipping Odin et al.

If the little girl is likely to be nuts, how about Loca for her and Loki for him? :rotfl: Could be confusing, though.
