Phone only with anytime including mobiles

Does anyone know of a provider that offers a phone only package (landline) with an anytime package that includes calls to mobiles???

TalkTalk offer such a package but only with Broadband included - which we don't want.

Any suggestions welcomed.

Sky charges about £8 per month for Anytime calls to landlines, 03 numbers and mobiles.

PlusNet will have a similar deal starting 1 September 2016.

Virgin Media has a similar deal but it is almost double the price - because it also includes some international destinations.

All of these prices are on top of line rental of around £18 per month.

All of the deals do not include calls to landline or mobile numbers allocated in Jersey, Guernsey or Isle of Man.

You have to take EE Broadband

It appears to be now £6.50 a month
( Anytime landline calls, 1500 mins to mobiles ,Calls to landlines in 40 countries) Plus Line Rental etc..
