Well, I've got £145K in my FD interest only mortgage account, offsetting at 1.75% - only question is how long it takes for the markets to wobble and do a 20% dive -at which point the war chest can be deployed in buying the dip...

add cash to savings account=error...does not compute...syntax error..user insane...
