Hello guys,
I had an appointment in the bank. I parked, paid and displayed for for 30 minutes. but the employee told me my case would take longer so I went and paid for an hour.
The ticket was to expire at 09:10 , but I was delayed in the bank and returned to my car at 09:25 to find a parking ticket issued by the council at 09:21.
It is clear I got the ticket because I over stayed there. But do you think I can somehow appeal and win?!
I couldn't leave my appointment as I was discussing the matter with the employee and also I had the good intention when I renewed I paid twice, so it is not like just parking without caring to pay or something.
