Broadband only - fed up of plusnet

Hi
I am on a Broadband only deal with Plusnet but I have had enough of their slow internet and bad customer service.
Does anyone know of another "Broadband only service" available - I don't want line rental, calls, sky or anything - just the addition of broadband on my BT line. I don't want to use BT as I have unlimited calls already for a flat fee and I have been told by them that my current contract would go up in price as they would treat this as new services .
Thanks

Do yo have a line fault?
You need to pay for a line otherwise how will you get broadband.
Do you want your money back, and a bit more, search for 'money claim online' - They don't like it up 'em Captain Mainwaring

A&A (search for AAISP - not unlimited, not cheap, but very good)
Zen (also have a good reputation)

You will pay more for either of the above but should get much better customer service.

The OP said they had a BT line for calls and want a broadband service to run on it that wasn't BT or Plusnet.

Agree A&A or Zen have good customer service .

Am i reading right you want broadband but have a BT line rental that you want to continue to use .

Your internet will come down the same BT wire as BT or Plusnet . So i would be checking why its a slow service first .
