They have 6 years to commence legal proceedings.

See the many threads on here about court papers turning up after long periods of silence!

Or are you going to pay for redirection for 6 years?

No, I'll be paying for six months of redirection, the same as whenever I move house. I suppose if it's not resolved by then, I'll need to look at other options. If I'm already on some collection agency's books by then I can give them my new address. It's always nice to get mail at your new address - makes it seem homely ;)

    Hi

Lidl customer services responded to my email to Mr G and have directed Athena to cancel the charge.

I will look out for confirmation from Athena.

    Thanks for the help.

an IAS appeal is considered a waste of time ,

By whom? Certainly not by me and several others. As I have had many years helping to formulate foreign policy and been intimately involved in the drafting of many Treaties, I feel that my experience is not without a modicum of merit.

Appeal to the IAS, it costs them money and an anonymous and perverse adjudication could be used against the PPC in court.

Well done - that is how to get an Athena PCN cancelled and remind Lidl that this regime annoys customers. All good, every complaint is good!

    :T
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
