I think I have been scammed buying online, what to do now?

A few weeks ago I ordered this dress:
coast-peony-print-loula-dress-1574898
off this website:
chatfieldssportsbar.com
After purchasing I realised I did not get a confirmation email so I went back onto the website to try to log on and I couldn't.
I then tried to contact the company to discover the contact form wouldn't send my query and there was no other company info.
I waited, no product arrived and the transaction showed up on my credit card as "international liyang xlh trading co" along side a non sterling transaction fee for the same company.
I contacted my bank and explained to them and they said they would send me a form to sign to say I haven't received any goods and they will try to get my money back but nothing was guaranteed.
This morning I have received a parcel from china containing a dress I have not ordered, it is a black smock dress with a tag on it from TJMaxx costing $19.99 (I did not order this).
The parcel contains no paperwork so this is the only thing I can link it to.
The parcel has a delivery confirmation barcode that was scanned by the postman.
I am concerned that when my credit card company contact the company I ordered the coast dress from they will state they posted me a parcel that I have received.
I have no info to return this black dress I haven't ordered.
Has anyone else been in a similar situation or have any advice / reassurance?
Thanks

You have been scammed. The domain name the site links too is not even mentioned on the website, my guess is they purchased this name to get some traffic or to improve search engine ranking.
Hopefully you purchased the item by credit card.0 -
Bad english, only a contact us form with no UK contact address (not even a fake one) and I can't even find any terms and conditions. Nor can I find any mention that you will be billed in anything other than GBP.
Open a chargeback with your card provider. You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0 -
there seems to be a new post almost daily on here re these chinese scam sites and people getting caught out.
I do think as a buyer you should check out the site you are buying from.
Does buying a coast dress (probably very cheaply) from a website named ****sportsbar.com make sense?
why would a designer dress retailer name themselves after a sportsbar?
you can try the chargeback route of course0 -
Got done by one of them two years ago. It was before Christmas, was in a hurry to order and didn't check all the details as I normally would have. As you, I suspected something wasn't right when I checked later that day and didn't get an email.
Contacted my bank, expected a lot of questions, forms to fill etc... but to my surprise, I just spoke to someone on the phone, gave them the details of the website, and within a couple of hours, the money was back in my account, no further contact with the bank.
I've learnt my lesson though!0
